BMC HealthNet Plan currently offers three high-quality, affordable health insurance coverage programs.

MassHealth – an individual health coverage plan for children and adults who qualify for free health care coverage through Massachusetts’ MassHealth (Medicaid) program.   

Commonwealth Care - an individual health coverage plan for adults who qualify for low-cost, subsidized health coverage through the state of Massachusetts’ Commonwealth Care program.  

Employer Choice/Commonwealth Choice – commercial (private) health coverage plans for qualifying small businesses and individuals and families. 

• This suite of six plans meets the state mandate for health insurance coverage and offer employers and individuals a variety of cost sharing options from which to choose. These include:  Bronze Saver (Bronze Low),  Bronze Value (Bronze Medium), Bronze Plus (Bronze High),  Silver Saver (Silver Low), Silver Plus (Silver High), and Gold.
