Employer Choice and Commonwealth Choice

Since Employer Choice and Commonwealth Choice are commercial (private) vs. state programs, unlike MassHealth and Commonwealth Care, you do not have to apply to the state to see if you are eligible.  Learn more about enrollment options here.
